For Hair: Apply an appropriate amount to dry hair and distribute evenly through the lengths and ends. Leave on for approximately 30–40 minutes before washing thoroughly with shampoo. Use two or three times per week as required.
For Face & Body: Apply a small amount to clean, damp skin and massage gently until evenly absorbed. It may also be blended with your preferred body cream, face mask or moisturiser.
