For Hair: Dispense approximately three pumps of oil into your palm and warm it by rubbing your hands together. Massage thoroughly into the scalp and hair roots, then distribute through the lengths and ends. Leave on for 20–60 minutes before washing thoroughly with shampoo.
For Skin: Apply a small amount to clean skin and gently massage until evenly distributed, paying special attention to dry or rough-feeling areas.
