For hair, apply an appropriate amount to the scalp, lengths and ends. Massage gently and leave on before shampooing, then wash thoroughly. For the body, apply a small amount to clean, damp skin and massage gently until evenly distributed. Use regularly whenever additional moisture and conditioning are required.
