For hair, apply an appropriate amount to the scalp, lengths and ends before shampooing. Leave on for 20–40 minutes, then wash thoroughly. For the body, apply a small amount to clean, damp skin and massage gently until evenly distributed. Use regularly whenever additional moisture is required.
